Clean the Air Circuit and Use a Compliant Air Supply Before Installing VAQ213
Only when the physical product has been confirmed as VAQ213, clean the air tubing and fittings before installation, and use dry, oil-free air filtered to remove dust and moisture. This prevents contaminants or sealing materials from entering the spool valve operating area and affecting directional switching.
Disconnect Electrical and Pneumatic Connections Before Servicing VAQ213
Only when the physical product has been confirmed as VAQ213, do not disassemble it while in service. Before servicing and disassembly, disconnect the electrical and pneumatic connections and ensure that the equipment is no longer driven by a power or air supply.
Use the Specified Grease When Reassembling VAQ213
Only when the physical product has been confirmed as VAQ213, apply NELES M 55 grease to the specified internal valve body surfaces and sealing areas during reassembly after servicing to prevent leakage or abnormal operation caused by inadequate lubrication.
